ZERO WASTE PRODUCTION
All products as part of the Helgrose range are made in-house using a zero waste production model. This means that we use all of our post production textile remnants to make new items. Items made using textile remnants include patchwork jackets, soft furnishings, and rag rugs woven in-store on our antique Swedish loom.
We offer custom sizing on all of our styles. As we work with unisex sizing some pieces may require adjustments for curvier figures. Because of this some of our pieces require a measurements form to be filled in before processing your order so we can ensure we choose the right size for you. We use the following to produce our products:
-organic cottons, non-certified and GOTS certified.
-found second-hand and vintage textiles
-re-purposed remnants and offcuts left over from production.
We endeavour to source fabrics which are as ethical and sustainable as possible. You can find more detailed fabric content, origin and sourcing information in the description of each product.
All of our pricing on the online store is in EUROS.

Order Processing TIMES
As many of our pieces are made to order our shipping times can vary. Please see below for details. If there is an item you would like to purchase and require express processing please contact us ASAP and we will endeavour to fit your order in as soon as we can: firstname.lastname@example.org
Standard Sizing: Orders placed will be dispatched within 7 business days. Some of our items are made to order, even if they are a standard sizing. If you have an urgent order please contact email@example.com and we will do our best to deliver your order sooner.
Custom Sizing: Orders placed will be dispatched within 14 days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as the order is processed and leaves the studio. Once the order has been confirmed we will be unable to make changes to that order including delivery location.
Taxes & Duties
Unfortunately, we cannot be held accountable for any extra taxes or duties which may be applied by customs in the country in which your order will be delivered. This responsibility rests with the customer.
Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding taxes and duties payable in your region.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you have ordered a custom size we cannot offer return or exchange on this item as this has been made to order to the measurements you have provided. We do however offer an option to return once for a size adjustment if necessary. The customer is responsible for postage to our studio, we will pay return postage.
If you are within the EU and would like to return or exchange any standard size full priced items, you may do so within 7 days of receiving the product. Items received outside this period will not be accepted. Please contact us before returning your item so that we can assist you with your return or exchange.
Customers outside of the EU who wish to return or exchange full priced items, please contact us immediately so that we can assist with your return as we understand that items may take longer than 7 days to get back to us.
· Be in saleable condition
· Be in original packaging
· Have original tags still attached
· Not have been worn, damaged or washed
Sale items will not be eligible for return (refund or exchange) unless the item is deemed faulty. For this reason, we ask that you consider your purchases carefully.
The customer is responsible for the postage cost of returning items, unless the item is deemed faulty or the incorrect item has been sent – in which case the cost of return shipping will be refunded once processed. Return shipping must be prepaid via a traceable service; we recommend registered post.
